ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်ရှိ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအခက်အခဲကြုံတွေ့နေရသည့် ရပ်ရွာလူထုများသို့ ကုလသမဂ္ဂကမ္ဘာ့စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအစီအစဉ်မှတစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံး အသက်ကယ်ဆယ်‌ရေးအထောက်အပံ့များပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

နှစ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မှတ်တိုင်သစ်တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံးသည် ချင်းပြည်နယ်တောင်ပိုင်း၊ ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်ရှိ လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခဒဏ်ကို ခံစားနေရသော မိသားစုများ၏ အရေးပေါ်အစားအစာလိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဖြည့်စည်းထောက်ပံ့ပေးနိုင်ရန်ရည်စူးကာ ဆန်ရိက္ခာများကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂကမ္ဘာ့စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအစီအစဉ် (WFP) ထံသို့ ယနေ့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံး၏ လှူဒါန်းမှုဖြင့် WFP သည် ပလက်၀ရှိ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာတိမ်းရှောင်ရသူ ဦးရေ ၁,၀၀၀ ကျော်အတွက် အချိန်ကာလ တစ်လစာ ဆန်ရိက္ခာ လုံလောက်စေမည့် (၅၀ ကီလိုဂရမ်ပါ) ဆန်အိတ် ၃၂၀ အား ပေးပို့ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

“မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံးအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းက စားနပ်ရိက္ခာနဲ့ အာဟာရလိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ဖြည့်စည်းပေးနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂကမ္ဘာ့စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအစီအစဉ် (WFP) နဲ့ လက်တွဲဆောင်ရွက်သွားမယ့်အကြောင်း ယနေ့ဂုဏ်ယူစွာနဲ့ အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါတယ်။ အဓိကအနေနဲ့ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအထောက်အပံ့တွေကိုအရေးပေါ်လိုအပ်နေတဲ့ ပလက်ဝ‌‌ဒေသအတွက် ပူးပေါင်းကူညီပေးနိုင်ဖို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အစ္စ‌ရေးနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ကိုယ်စား၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံးအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသူနိုင်ငံသားတွေအတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်ရှိတဲ့နေရာတွေမှာ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီတွေကို ဆက်လက်ပေးအပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်း လေးလေးနက်နက်ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။”

“ပလက်ဝ‌ဒေသ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာတိမ်းရှောင်သူတွေအနေနဲ့ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာအထောက်အပံ့တွေကို အရေး‌ပေါ်လိုအပ်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ အစ္စရေးသံရုံးရဲ့ အထောက်အပံ့တွေကို လက်ခံရရှိတဲ့အတွက် တကယ့်ကိုပဲ ဝမ်းသာမိပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ငတ်မွတ်ခေါင်းပါးမှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးအတွက် အစ္စရေးသံရုံးဟာ WFP နဲ့အတူ အခုလို ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်လာတာကို WFP ရဲ့ ကိုယ်စား ကျွန်တော်က ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာ ကြိုဆိုပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ငတ်မွတ်ခေါင်းပါးမှုဖြေရှင်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာ သံရုံးနဲ့အတူ ရှေ့ဆက် ပိုမိုနက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း ပူးပေါင်းကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ကြဖို့ မျှော်လင့်မိပါတယ်”

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း အစ္စရေးသံရုံး၏ အ‌ထောက်အပံ့များ

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိအစ္စရေးသံရုံး၏ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာအကူအညီပေးရေးအစီအစဉ်၏ တစိတ်တပိုင်းအနေဖြင့် သံရုံးသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိလိုအပ်ချက်ရှိသော နေရာဒေသများတွင် ဆက်လက်ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

COVID-19 ကူးစက်မြန်ရောဂါ ကျရောက်နေသည့်ကာလအတွင်း အစ္စရေးသံရုံးမှ ပံ့ပိုးလှူဒါန်းခဲ့သည်များမှာ -

- ရန်ကုန်ရှိ ဝေဘာဂီ ဆေးရုံသို့ ဆေးဝါးအထောက်အကူပစ္စည်းများလှူဒါန်းခြင်း

- ကရင်ပြည်နယ် ဘားအံအထွေထွေရောဂါကုဆေးရုံနှင့် မြဝတီအထွေထွေရောဂါကု ဆေးရုံသို့ ဆေးဝါးအထောက်အကူပစ္စည်းများ နှင့် NUF ရွှေ့ပြောင်းသယ်ဆောင်နိုင်သော ရေသန့်စင်စက်များ လှူဒါန်းခြင်း

- မွန်ပြည်နယ် မော်လမြိုင်ရှိ Future Light Foundation သို့ သင်ထောက်ကူပစ္စည်း၊ အထောက်အကူပြုကိရိယာများကို လှူဒါန်းခြင်း

- မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ MASHAV ကျောင်းသားဟောင်းများအား ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုဆိုင်ရာနည်းလမ်းသစ်တခုကို စတင်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်အတွက် ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း။ MASHAV Grant အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀,၀၀၀ ထောက်ပံ့ငွေသည် Pan Pyoe Lett Foundation ၏ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အစောပိုင်း ကာလ ဘာသာစကားနှင့်စာတတ်မြောက်ရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဥ်အတွက် အထောက်အကူပြုရန်ဖြစ်သည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း WFP ၏ အ‌ထောက်အပံ့များ

• ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးအတိုင်းအတာဖြင့် လူဦး‌ရေ တစ်သန်းကျော်အတွက် WFP သည် စားနပ်ရိက္ခာနှင့်အာဟာရအထောက်အပံ့များကို ပေးအပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအထောက်အပံ့များကို အရေးပေါ်ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအကူအညီ၊ ကျောင်းတွင်းအာဟာရကျွေးမွေးခြင်းအစီအစဥ်၊ အာဟာရဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ နှင့် ရပ်ရွာအခြေပြု အခြေခံအဆောက်အဦများတည်ဆောက်ခြင်းဖြင့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းအခွင့်အလမ်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးသည့်အစီအစဥ်တို့မှတစ်ဆင့် ပေးအပ်နေပါသည်။

• ထို့အပြင် COVID-19 ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါကို တုံ့ပြန်ရန်အတွက် WFP အနေဖြင့် ၎င်း၏ အထောက်အပံ့များကို တိုးမြှင့်ပေးအပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ အသွားအလာကန့်သတ်ရေးစင်တာများနှင့် COVID-19 ကုသရေးစင်တာများတွင် နေရပ်ပြန်ရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမားများနှင့် အခြား အသွားအလာကန့်သတ်၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုခံယူနေကြသူများအတွက် စားနပ်ရိက္ခာများထောက်ပံ့လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့အတူ ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီပေးရေးဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် အထောက်အပံ့ပစ္စည်းများ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်အတွက်လည်း ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပ လေကြောင်းခရီးစဥ်များကို စီစဥ်ပြေးဆွဲလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

Embassy of Israel in Myanmar provides life-saving support through the United Nations World Food Programme to communities in southern Chin State

Marking an important new milestone of cooperation between the two parties, the Embassy of Israel in Myanmar today hands over rice supply assistance to the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in support of the urgent food needs of vulnerable families in Paletwa Township, southern Chin State, affected by ongoing armed conflict. The contribution by the Embassy of Israel allows WFP to purchase 320 bags of rice (50kg each) sufficient to feed over 1,000 internally displaced people for one month in Paletwa.

Targeting over a million people across the country in 2020, WFP is responding to the food and nutrition needs in Myanmar with emergency relief assistance, school feeding, nutrition interventions and creation of livelihood opportunities through building community infrastructures.

WFP has ramped up its operations significantly to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic providing food assistance to the returning migrants and other persons staying at quarantine and treatment centres, and operating domestic and international flight services for humanitarian cargo and frontline health and aid workers.
